Arm Development
The Winter arm development throwing program is designed to develop arm strength, create healthy arm action, and help prevent future arm injuries. The 24-session program that spans 9-weeks starts in November and finishes in conjunction with middle/high school tryouts in January. The program will prepare throwing athletes for tryouts and the rigors of the school and travel seasons ahead. This program is for ALL players, not just pitchers.
Players in the program will benefit from: improved stability, flexibility, and mobility. Improved arm strength and arm health.

The program is designed and implemented by Director of Player Development Chico Lizarraga and will be assisted by:

*Various ATL Coaches will also instruct.
25 Total Sessions - 3x a week. TU, TH, SUN

December:
1st, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 26th, 29th
January:
2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 16th
Location: NYO -Fanning Field
Time:
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
14U & 15U: 5:00pm - 6:15pm (Before Hitting)
13U : 6:15pm - 7:30pm (After Hitting)
Sundays
13U 11am - 12pm
14U & 15U 12pm - 1pm
Each player who registers will receive a set of plyocare balls and set of jbands.
Cost: $200
(Players who sign-up for Hitting and Throwing get a $50 discount)
